Is the motor hard to turn by hand ? How sure are you that the starter is still good ? What does you hydrometer say about the battery ? What does a voltmeter say about the generator at WOT ? I've got a 6V battery that I had given up for dead last winter, that still starts my H with the higher compression pistons.

When it quits after 10 minutes, do you still have spark ?
