TD 6 Crawler

Anyone want to give me advice on what a TD 6 crawler without a blade and with a bad steering clutch on one side is worth? I did not get to one last week that was priced at $650 that had a 7 ft blade and was partly disassembled to begin a restoration. The one that is available is priced at $3200 which seems to me to be overpriced by a factor of 2!
