Farmall H with implements

I have recently priced a Farmall H with a set of two row cultivators with hydrolic cylinders and a turning plow that goes under it also. Its set outside all its life with a can over the exhaust. One tires good one rims good on left side. Right side ain't to good. Engine NOT stuck to my surprize. Cultivators are off. But i am wanting your alls opinion on what you would give for a tractor in this shape with the two implements. The tractor is a 47 model. Really a rust bucket but i see potential. Thanks for any replies.
