Triker, You will find, as you become more of a tractor person, that the advice you get on these boards is as close to money in the bank as it gets. Not saying that is true for any advice I give, but the guys who know what they are doing are excellent sources of information. I would also look for a pull behind rotary cutter for the H. You can buy em brand new at Tractor Supply for a reasonable price. If the sickle bar is all you can afford, and is not a 3 point type, I would think it would do the job, as long as you don't plan on using it for heavy brush. Heck, get the sickle bar anyway cause you won't buy one after you have the rotary cutter, and that way you will have both. The adaptor is simple, easy to find and yes you will need it. I would go with a new shut off and fuel bowl too. Not worth the trouble of doing the job only to have it leak again. Just my .02.
