O/T Steer Horns

A year and a half ago with the helpful advice of this board I cut the horns off of one of my steers. It was a little messy but we got through it (the steer did to). At that time I vowed to be more responsible and take care of the horns early. I have two calfs and the one feels as though he is starting to get horns. I have a horn burner, but have never used one. Could someone give me advice on using it.
