If you get a 1/2 day option to do something, the San Jose flee market is very large and filled with things some city folk don't know what is. North in the city near the airport. ask and they will direct you to it. Farm stuff creeps farther away from city center every year. I lived in SJ on 19th street My house was built in a Plum orchard in 1915.
