othp, I have a owners manual for that mower It is a No.18 Tractor Mower for the Farmall-A or International-A tractors. The round tube sticks up right behind the steering wheel with the exhaust lift rod going thru the tube. The A's are about 4 in narrower then the B so the mower torque tube that bolts above the drawbar on right hand side may not fir right. The two main problems I see is the B don't have the mounting bracket behind the steering gearbox for the end of the exhaust lift cyclinder(where the front cultivators fit on the Farmall A) and the tractor would be tip-over prone with the narrow front.
