I had a 733 with a D206 engine with that same style tandem pump. I just got a new one from Case IH for $450. It was doing about what you said yours is, oil getting hot and getting week. It got to where it would'nt work at all after it had run for a while sometimes. Mine was also foaming. After I replaced the pump it doesn't seem to do that anymore but have haven't run it for along time yet.
