Yes you may be able to do the small washer trick. Other wise you can order one through CaseIH for between 4 and 8 bucks it has a square nut machined in to it thats why its different than just a threaded piece of 8x32 thread bolt. The square nut sits in the bakelight on the inside so it does not turn while you tighten the nuts on the out side.I would just put a small flat washer under the nut but no further back. JON
