having witnessed a Cub rollover, I concur with Nat. And when in doubt, also apply a little bit of left brake, to help "pull" you to the uphill side.

But my dad's advice, I think, was best: If you have ANY doubts about mowing on a hillside with a Cub...then DON'T. Better to have an unmowed hillside and live to tell about it, than the alternative.
