350 utility hyd's control lever's

I have two on mine. I think it came out with one, two, or three not sure... Anyway it has ps,ipto,ta,all is OK..I only need rear hyd for lift of bushhog and float. The rear valve works the back hyd cylinder but does not pop back like the unused valve should i swap valves? Also I noted there was a block screw on hyd cylinder resivior behind the unused valve..Any help and all Thanks
