Sure glad you were able to survive that mishap and found help. A few years ago there was a man that mowed hay or pastures with his JD tractor and 9-foot sickle bar mower for lot of farmers in the area. That tractor somehow flipped and trapped him under it. He didn't survive. A few years later this man's son was operating a tractor, may have been the same tractor and was hit by one of my co-worker's driving a Ford LTD. My co-worker had a little too much to drink and was flown to shock trauma by helicopter. Tractor driver wasn't hurt. Car was totaled and tractor had a lot of damage too. My co-worker was off for about 4 weeks and returned to work on crutches. Be careful with those tractors. Hal

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
