Are you sure you have the plugs wires connected
to the right plugs? No1 plug wire should be connected to No1 spot on the cap, then #3, #4 and
#2 as viewed CW. If this ok, your timing may be off. Remove No1 plug and crank engine over until compression is felt, slowly have someone slowly keep cranking until timing mark notch on the pulley is aligned with pointer. Then see if the
rotor is pointing to No1 wire in the cap. Hal
