Robert: Rust in the tank, could well be the problem. I have seen that close off the stem to sediment bowl, to a point tractor was not getting enough fuel. If you go back in archives here at YT there was a discussion re: placing pea stones in a tank, mounting on a wleel so it can be turned slow, speed of a cement mixer. The tumbling effect of the stones loosened the rust and was able to flush it out. Probably back about 2 years ago.
