I have an M with a Charlynn pump. The pump turns until it builds pressure and then locks up, you cant turn the pully with a pipe wrench, I"ve tried. If you loosen one of the lines so pressure can escape it spins freely. Any ideas? I dont know when the problem started, there was no belt on the pump when I bought the tractor.
