450 gas stuck engine

Just bought a farmall 450 for 1,400 dollars, Good buy but found out from the owner that the motor was slightly stuck meaning that this happened to him before and he just poured in a little diesel fuel and loosened it up before. I bought it cause I was told not to let a deal like that get past me but after soaking the pistons with pb blaster and then with tranny fluid I still can"t get it to move. I took the oil pan off and felt up into the sleeves and the only ones with a little scaley rust are the two middle pistons. The rust is only on one side of the sleeves. Is there anything I can do short of pulling off the head and beating on the pistons with a block of wood and sledge hammer. I need help. Also the motor has freshly been rebuilt and is nice and clean except for this problem. Thanks for your help
