super c value

have a chance to buy a super c with mowing machine,harrows, and two bottom plow,all have two point hitch ,tractor needs tune up,tin is rusty but no major dents,tire are weathered but usable,attachments are complete as is tractor,year unknown early 60s? it is owened by local guy and would like to remain on a wave relationship him if you get my drift.so can you guys give me and about price? or at least some ideas? tia
