rebuilt H startup, no oil to rocker arms!!! help

I did everything myself EXCEPT for installing the head gasket and bolting down the rocker arms... Fired up the tractor for the first time, got 40 lbs oil pressure, ran smooth and beautiful. BUT have ZERO oil, I mean not even a drop coming out of the rocker arms? Perhaps the head gasket was intsalled improperly blocking that galley? any suggestions on how to trouble shoot are appreciated.
