Cub (Ridge reamer wont fit)

I can not find a ridge reamer that will fit in cylinder of the cub engine. I am going to take the crankshaft out. Question is will the pistons slide out the bottom after crankshaft is out without needing a reamer? Looks like that may work. I have got to carry the block to a machine shop anyway to be fixed and cleaned. Thanks GNB
