What I do is got go "Tractor OPhotos" (to the left on this page) And follow it's instructions to post the photo there. Once the picture is posted right click the picture and chose "Properties" Copy the photos address (It will end in jpg) then when you make the post here, copy that address to optional image URL below the post.
You don't have to use the "Tractor Photos" if you post pictures somewhere else on the web. You will still select Properties from that site and post the same way.
