M W Clutch

Came across an M today with a " M W Clutch". Thinking this is an aftermarket setup I have heard about that is an attempt at adding LPTO. Can someone fill in the blanks for me? Nice straight( but rusty) complete distalite tractor, hoping owner will sell it to me, waiting a call..........
