No sorry sprag clutch or in the TA is is out. Yes to fix it you will have to split it. One thing to remember even if you had no oil in the transmission it would move in TA because it is a one way lock up bearing. Yes there is a clutch pkg for ta it is so it does not coast in TA it will not pull the tractor.
