I�m guessing that it is the pilot bearing in the flywheel on the clutch output shaft that is starting to get stiff. The M (I�m guessing that the H is the same) has a zerk fitting in the flywheel that greases the pilot bearing for the clutch output shaft. You have to turn the engine to the correct spot (there is a notch in the front pulley that lines up with the pointer on the front cover) and then the zerk is accessible through a hole in the torque tube in front of where the clutch throw-out shaft is located. Give this zerk a couple of shots of grease and see if that helps. Don�t over grease this or the grease will seep past the bearing and get slung out onto the clutch facings and cause problems there.

The owners manual will be helpful in locating this zerk.
