Is the engine stuck from sitting? Could be something in the valve train that's hung up. Is it possible that a cylinder got filled with fuel, antifreeze, water, or oil? If so, you will bend or break a rod or more by forcing it to turn over. I guess if it was mine, I'd take the injectors out and turn the motor over with a wrench. any excess fluid would come out of the injector holes. If it's not that, take off the valve side cover (tappet cover) or the valve top cover (rocker arm cover) to see if the valves are all free. Cowman's right : a person needs to know why it's not turning before pulling it. Maybe you'll be lucky and it will just be the starter or solenoid! LOL. Paul
