can you put a breaker bar and socket on the center bolt for the crank pully and rotate it? if that's not possible then put the tranny in 5th gear and rock it via the tires and watch the fan to see if it rotates. if non of the above work then yes, the head coming off will be a start. as cowman said, if it's stuck and you try to pull it it'll hurt alot more! casey in SD

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
