400 LP Cotten picker

Friend of mine has a 1955 400 LP cotten picker that has been returned to regular tractor status. It has flanges on the axles and a single front wheel. It has three forward gears and one reverse without a TA. Been a long time since I"ve seen a three speed tractor. Does an excellent job at our stock antque tractor pulls. I was wondering if anyone has any info on MPH for all three forward gears. I suspect that this came from a special order fleet cotten pickers.
