Int. 504 LP: does it have a choke?

I have this 504 that is hard to start when cold. It has a cable running from the dash on the left side forward, but the end is loose and I can"t find any possible attaching point on the carburetor. Has my tractor carburetor been altered or do LP tractors ever have chokes. I grew up on UTU Moline LP tractors, but can"t remember something simple like this. Please advise. John
