Touch Control unit

Is the Touch control unit for a Super A the same as that for a Super C?
When rebuilding a Touch Control Unit, does one just need to get a rebuild kit from a dealer? Are they still availble? Any special tools required to rebuild?
Front implements dropped about every 10 seconds and then relift, so I assume a bad Oring or something to that nature.
