Nope... Lever was all the way to heavy... Here"s the deal, with the tractor not running, 3 pt hitch is down, lever is down, draft lever in heavy position. Start up the tractor and the 3 pt lift goes up on it"s own, even with the lever down! Can"t get it to go down under it"s own weight unless you turn off the tractor... When tractor is idling, I can stand on the lift (190 lbs) it goes down, as soon as I jump off, up it goes again. All while the lever is in the full down position... When I was plowing some snow, it was real anoying, took forever to drop the blade, and it did not scrape the driveway very well, like the 3 pt was not allowing the full weight of the blade on the pavement...
