Does that tire have fluid in it? I think I would pump it up as some have suggested and check the valve stem for leakage by applying some water. The stem may be the problem and if no leak is present then drive it to your local repair shop. Any tractor dealership would probably be able to repair that tube if it is repairable. Hal
