Hi Jon, Those C's could be fitted with a water pump too or as Jim said that someone replaced the engine. My manual isn't very clear about the C water pump. They say water pump attachment on the C. Some of those late C's may have had water pumps. It may be like when I owned Chrysler products that when you needed parts you had to take the serial number and date of manufacture. I don't think IH was that bad. Hal
