Color of rims for McCormick wagon gear?

We are painting a McCormick running gear. At least that is what looks to be factory lettering at the back axle. We assume the frame would be red. What color would the wheel rims be????? The rims are five bolt I believe. Sure look alot like scout rims. I would think IH cream would be the best color. Two rims are white and two are black right now. Help?? Thanks.
