blue smoke

I have had a 1940 H, for about 3 years and it has started smoking while it is running. the smoke is blue which means its burning oil right? is there anything besides the rings that would make it do this. if it is the rings, where could I get new ones. I also wondered if there is a standard setting for the fuel mixture screw, for ex. 2.5 turns or something. I think mine is way off.
