806 wheel spacing adjustment 06 series

A little help here please. I am trying to change our 806 diesel from 40" row spacing to 36" and I have moved the front wheels in and I have no idea how to move the back wheels in. It appears that there is one bolt holding in a bracket that looks like it would keep the wheel on the shaft without it moving, I just don"t know. I have sprayed everything with PB Blaster and I sure could use some advise on what to do now, I just need each wheel to come in 4" now!!! I know this is going to be heavy because of the rear wheel weights and the tires are loaded as well, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, I am really needing to get this done this week.
