The planetary PTO has gear reduction in the unit itself and clutch type does not so PTO input
shafts are driven at different speed depending
on which unit you have. On a 560, 2.42 to one for
planet type and 3.83 to one clutch type. If you put clutch type on tractor origanaly equiped for
planet PTO,the PTO shaft will turn more RPMs. Could be safty problem.Also differance between the
operating linkage to engage and disengage clutch type PTO from 460 to 560.
