Some data which might be of interest to you are from the Nebraska Tractor Tests of the Farmall 350, gas and LPG models. This tractor was the next in the "H" series after the Super H, and used the C-175 (cubic inches) engine, which is a bit larger than what's probably in your H (but maybe not, if it's been rebuilt and bored out??). You should also note that the energy content per gallon of gasoline is not the same as that of LPG. Anyway:

Farmall 350 gas, 7.0:1 compression ratio (NTT #611):
Maximum PTO HP: 40.71
Fuel use: 3.49 gal/hr

Farmall 350 LPG, 9.0:1 compression ratio (NTT #622):
Maximum PTO HP: 41.53
Fuel use: 4.44 gal/hr
