I put a rebuild kit into my W4 carb that was leaking. It still leaked. Turns out the float was bad and the adjusting screws were gummed up, etc etc. Finally just sent it out and had the whole thing cleaned and rebuilt by a pro. The main adjust screw still leaked but all it took was some tightening via the nut at the base of the adj screw. I dont have any loader info. Good luck.
