Donating a Farmall 140

I am considering buying a Farmall 140 tractor to donate to a farm for rescued or abandoned farm animals. We think the year is 1968. Part of the serial # has worn off. It runs good and is in good condition. I am a complete novice in determining the value of this type of equipment. It comes complete with bush-hog; 2 large disk harrows; 1 large double turning plow; many cultivators; seed and fertilizer distributor; 2 road working blades; 1 drag harrow; and some other attachments I don't remember. What would be a resonable price to offer for all of this equipment? All suggestions are appreciated.
