I was just looking at the same thing this morning on a 300U that belongs to my neigbor. I think maybe I am going to pull out the roll pin and drill out the hole on the shaft and the lever to a slightly larger size and then run a little bolt through it instead of the pin. This one goes about 3/4 of the way before it moves the throttle shaft. It is just worn out of whack.
