Got my "48 H gassed up and went out for a ride today. But the shimmy in the steering has me concerned and I'm looking for suggestions. I've replaced the bushings for upper pivot shaft and the bearing at the end of the worm shaft. The u-joint is new also. The pivot shaft is new after market. The castle nut on sector gear tightens up so far that it pinches the gear to the upper bolster and makes steering almost impossible. This new shaft must be wrong? I still have the old one. Going to disassemble Sunday and see what I find. I also see some side to side movement in shaft as I turn steering wheel. All help appreciated, Mike
