try and drive the pistons out with the sleeves.
Then use a torch to heat the sleeves.

Someone mentioned sometime ago to pour some diesel
fuel into each cylinder and set them on fire. You would need to have the tractor away from any buildings. Gas tank removed and anything that's flammable. Have a fire extinguisher handy too.
