That zerk is grease for the top bearing. The worm and gear and lower shaft are to run in 90wt. There is a bushing and seal on lower shaft and a seal and bushing for the steering shaft. Also gaskets between the top and bottom. I have rebuilt several of them with great success just some work to take axle loose and then removing the bottom half.
