I think you are right Allan. Those tool boxes seemed to survive even after the binder was long gone, not unusual to find them on e-bay or even in antique shops. I have to admit that those old farmers were actually quite modern, maybe even ahead of their time, the binder tool box I have even has a cup holder built into it.
