super m clutch

hi, does anyone here know if it is possible to change the pressure required to throw the clutch on a super m? I have to stand 1/2 way out of the seat to put enough weight into it right now....makes shifting very difficult unless you are on flat land going slow and doing nothing else...
also, we have sent for manuals but don"t have them yet...where is the oil filler? We can"t see anything that looks like an oil filler tube or cap, and when opening the lower valve down on the block to see if oil runs out...it doesn"t. So we are not running it right now until we can add oil...
