350 engine vs. 504 engine

Hello : Will a 350 farmall diesel fit in a 504 gas (153ci) tractor ? I had run an earlier post thinking the diesel tractor was a 450 (bad info) I have now learned it is indeed a 350 farmall...anyone have ci size and Hp info on this diesel ?
