If the flywheel assembly has recently been apart, and has been properly retourqed back up to snuff, not an old workhorse, that has not been apart since 1970, the higher rpm should not be a problem. Like I said, when you reset the high load rpm adjustment, try it a turn at a time, till a noticable increase in engine rpm occurs. if you can find a pto tach somewhere, you can check the speed that way, but keep it under 600. at 595, that about 2000 engine rpm. If the tractor has not been apart lately, 2000 rpm will be ok for a dyno test, but once your finished, reset the rpms back to around 575 max. it will be a little more rpm, but should not be much different that if it was back to stock. Operator should know when its enough. ChadS
