Wow! You got some serious paint on that thing. I just rebuilt one this morning and was feeling pretty good about it until now. Had some problems with the adjustment screws, but I think I have it figured out. Probably won't put it back on the tractor today. The screen is gone in the one I worked on. Guess I'll worry about that later. The float hanger on this one had an "open" hole too. They must come that way. I hope I got the float level adjusted about right. It said it should be an inch and 5/16 from the carb body to the float, when the float is at its lowest point. It will shut off right before the float levels out.
