YES THE # ON THE STARTER SHOULD BE 1101021. Someone must have changed the ring gear in the flywheel. The ring gear on the flywheel of a power unit must be different as some of them with starters could be different as the starter rotation is reversed from that of a tractor. I will have to look at my u-2 power unit.
