I don't know if it is right or not, but this is the way I plumbed mine.

Flow on this type of priority valve is:

'Pressure out' from pump to 'inlet' of priority valve; 'out' on priority valve to the 'in' on the torque motor; The 'out' on the torque motor dumps back to the tank. Then, the 'exhaust' on priority valve feeds the rest of the hydraulic system.
