Are you sure it is supposed to have 16's on it? All the ones I've
seen have 18 inch rims with a 7.50x 18 tire on it. That's why the
9's have the 5 spoke cast wheel center instead of the 3 spoke,
like the 6's. Did the early 9's have the 16" rims?
